I was going to post to Facebook, but i got scared

 

                To those that think that wearing a mask is stupid and inconvenient. Have you thought about putting any kind of barrier between yourself and literally any other human being? Is it worth it? Have you thought that your actions might have an effect on someone other than yourself? Even if its small?

                To those that think that the vaccine is worse than the virus, have you considered that this virus might be worse than any previous known illness? Have you thought that you’re 2 days of pain is better than death?

                Anti-mask, anti-vaccine…it doesn’t matter. Your selfishness is causing deaths. I can’t understand why you value yourself so much that you can’t take simple precautions to protect someone else.
                If you care about anyone else in this world you would use any means necessary to do so. It’s the least you could do. You could care about human life and take action to protect it. Or, you could pretend that the deadliest disease in our lives is political and targets only those who have an opinion.

                To anyone else, people are dying and getting infected at record rates. Its hard to say how severely they might be affected. Which begs the question, how heartless can you be that you are willing to let people die rather than take any basic measures to protect someone?

                How horribly were you raised that you are willing to potentially infect someone by not taking incredibly minor precautions to ensure that you don’t breathe on people? Darwin is dead and gone, we should have learned from what he taught us, but apparently, no one cares about science anymore. It would seem that one of the best-known idioms is no longer true. We won’t pay taxes because we’ll be dead from preventable diseases.
